Most challenges fail because they focus on the wrong things: the scale, the “after” photo, the temporary fix. Strong is Hard is different. We don’t promise it will be easy. We promise it will be worth it.
For 2026, we’ve evolved. We’ve condensed the timeline to 6 weeks (42 days) of intense focus. We’ve introduced two distinct paths—Core and Elite—so you can choose your level of difficulty. And we’ve stripped away the noise to focus on what actually changes you: discipline, consistency, and doing hard things.
CHOOSE YOUR LEVEL

This year, you decide how deep you want to go. Both levels cost the same because the real price isn’t money—it’s effort.

OPTION A: CORE

For those building a solid foundation.
- Movement: 2 x 30-minute sessions daily (2+ hours apart)
- Nutrition: Choose 2 goals from the list
- Mindset: Daily Anchor Thought + Gratitude
- Hydration: Daily water target

OPTION B: ELITE

For those demanding a total transformation.
- Movement: 2 x 30-minute sessions daily (2+ hours apart)
- OUTDOOR RULE: One of your sessions MUST be outdoors, every single day. Rain or shine.
- Nutrition: Choose 4 goals from the list
- Mindset: Daily Anchor Thought + Gratitude
- Hydration: Daily water target
- Check-in: Daily app tracking
ELITE OUTDOOR WORKOUTS
WHAT COUNTS AS AN OUTDOOR WORKOUT?
Elite members ask this often. The answer is simple: Intentional movement, outside.

The goal isn’t intensity; it’s exposure. Getting out of your comfort zone (and your living room ) changes your brain chemistry.
NUTRITION GOALS
YOUR NUTRITION. YOUR CHOICE.
We don’t believe in cookie-cutter meal plans. We believe in habits. You will choose your non-negotiables from this list. Core members pick two. Elite members pick four. Once you pick them, they are locked in for 42 days.

The Menu:
- Protein at every meal
- No alcohol
- No drive-thru / fast food
- No eating after 7:00 p.m.
- No sweets/desserts
- Veggies at least 2x per day
- No sugary drinks
- Plan or prep food daily
- One plate per meal (no seconds)
- Eat out max 2x per week

FAQ
Can I switch from Elite to Core if it gets too hard?
Yes. You can drop down, but you cannot move up. Once you commit to Elite, try to stay there. If life happens, you can finish as Core.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. The workouts can be done anywhere. You define the movement. We define the consistency.
What if I miss a day?
You keep going. You don’t start over at Day 1, but you won’t be eligible for the “Perfect 42” rewards. You will still get the results, which is what matters most.
