More than Just a Workout

Vibration Training at Studio Strong

Feel lighter. Move easier. Recover faster.
Vibration training at Studio Strong supports circulation, mobility, and gentle muscle activation in just 15 minutes.

Vibration training is a gentle, science-informed way to support circulation, recovery, joint health, and muscle activation. At Studio Strong, we use it as a supplement to training—never a replacement—helping your body feel lighter, more mobile, and more supported from the inside out.

Whether you’re rehabbing, training hard, or simply wanting to feel better in your body, vibration sessions offer a way to support your system rather than stress it.

Why Add Vibration Technology to Your Training?

Your body thrives on movement—but not all movement has to be intense.

Vibration training provides subtle, rhythmic input that helps your nervous system, muscles, and connective tissue communicate more effectively. Clients use vibration sessions to:

  • Encourage circulation and lymphatic flow
  • Reduce stiffness and feelings of “heaviness”
  • Support joint health and mobility
  • Improve muscle activation and body awareness
  • Complement rehab and recovery
  • Create a calming, restorative experience

This is recovery with purpose—helping you move better, feel better, and train stronger.

Understanding Hz Levels – Choosing Your Best Fit

The vibration plate works using frequency, measured in Hertz (Hz). Each range serves a different purpose.

Higher is not better.
Most people experience the greatest benefit in the lower ranges, especially when recovery, mobility, or swelling are part of the picture.

10–20 Hz | Calm Flow & Joint Support

Gentle and restorative.

  • Encourages circulation and lymphatic flow
  • Supports recovery, stiffness, and swelling
  • Calms the nervous system
  • Ideal starting range for most clients

Choose this if: you’re sore, tight, puffy, or want a restorative session.

20–30 Hz | Muscle Activation & Rehab

Supportive and awakening.

  • Wakes up muscles gently
  • Improves balance and body awareness
  • Supports neuromuscular re-education
  • Commonly used for knee, hip, and back rehab

Choose this if: you’re working on stability, balance, or controlled activation.

30–40 Hz | Advanced Activation

Intentional and focused.

  • Increases neuromuscular demand
  • Builds stronger muscle engagement
  • Used in short, controlled efforts
  • Appropriate for trained clients

Not for: swelling, joint irritation, or early-stage rehab.

40–60 Hz | Strength & Performance

High-intensity vibration.

  • Designed for athletic strength and power work
  • Used briefly and intentionally
  • Not appropriate for recovery, swelling, or rehab
  • Reserved for experienced, conditioned users

This range is not required for benefit. Most clients never need it.

Clinical insights suggest whole-body vibration may support circulation, balance, and muscle activation when used appropriately.

🔹 Feeling tight? → 10–20 Hz
🔥 Rehab work? → 20–30 Hz
Strength needs? → 30–40 Hz
🏃‍♂️ Performance? → 40–60 Hz

Choose Your Focus

The goal is to leave feeling lighter, more mobile, and supported—not fatigued.

The Stretch Cage

Our vibration system includes a stretch cage with handholds and band attachments. This allows us to:

  • Improve posture and alignment
  • Reduce joint strain
  • Support balance and confidence
  • Assist stretching positions
  • Create a safe, comfortable experience

The cage can be used with vibration on or off.
It also functions as a dedicated stretching station for:

  • Calves
  • Hamstrings
  • Hip flexors
  • Upper back
  • Side body (lats & ribs)

This system adapts to you.

Who Should Pause and Get Medical Clearance

Vibration training is safe for most people, but certain conditions require clearance before participating.

Please speak with your healthcare provider if any of the following apply:

  • Pregnancy
  • Pacemaker or implanted electronic device
  • History of seizures or epilepsy
  • Active or recent blood clots (DVT)
  • Serious cardiovascular conditions
  • Recent surgery with unresolved complications
  • Medical advice to avoid vibration therapy

Your safety always comes first.

What to Wear

No special clothing is required.

  • Athletic shoes are welcome
  • If you remove shoes, socks are required
  • Comfortable, flexible clothing works best

You remain fully clothed for your session.

You’re Investing in Your Wellbeing

Choosing recovery is choosing longevity.

Vibration sessions aren’t about doing more—they’re about supporting your body so you can do better. When circulation improves, joints feel freer, and muscles wake up gently, everything you do inside and outside the gym becomes easier.

This is part of how we help you Train Strong and Live Strong.
