Here’s what we want instead: Real stories. Your stories.
Starting in November, we’re launching Your Strength Story—a monthly series featuring actual Studio Strong clients and their genuine strength journeys. Not the Instagram highlight reel. The real deal.
Why Your Story Matters
Every person who walks through our doors has a story. Maybe you:
- Started training because your doctor said “lose weight or else”
- Needed to prove to yourself you could still do hard things
- Wanted to keep up with your kids (or grandkids) without feeling like you’re 100 years old
- Decided that feeling tired and achy wasn’t your new normal
- Finally prioritized yourself after years of putting everyone else first
Whatever brought you here, someone else is standing exactly where you were. And they need to know it’s possible.
That’s where your story comes in.
Who We’re Looking for –
✅ You are training or have trained with us for 3+ months
You’ve had time to experience real progress, not just the initial excitement.
✅ You want to share with others
Don’t be modest—you’ve shown up consistently, overcome obstacles, or surprised yourself with what you can do, that’s a story.
✅ You’re comfortable being featured
Your story will be shared in our newsletter and on our website. We’ll make sure you’re comfortable with everything before we publish.
✅ You can spare 15 minutes for a casual interview
We’ll provide questions in advance. No surprises, no pressure. Just a conversation about your journey.

The Stories We’re Looking For

We want diversity. We want authenticity. We want YOU.
Every age counts:
Whether you’re 25 and juggling career chaos, 45 and redefining what “prime” means, or 65 and proving age is just a number.
Every starting point counts:
Came to us as a complete beginner? Awesome. Had some fitness background but needed to restart? Perfect. Navigating health challenges? We want to hear it.
Every “why” counts:
Training for a specific goal? Managing stress? Building confidence? Improving health markers? All of it matters.
What the Interview Looks Like
No stress. No performance. Just a conversation.
We’ll provide questions in advance so you can think about your answers. No gotcha moments. No uncomfortable surprises.
The interview takes about 15 minutes. You can do it at the studio, over the phone, or even via email if that’s easier.
You review everything before it goes live. We’ll send you the draft to make sure you’re comfortable with how your story is told.
