Things to Consider (But Don’t Stress About)
Notice we didn’t say “Things to Do” – because who needs another to-do list?
- Your current bedtime is like that plant you keep meaning to water – inconsistent attention isn’t doing anyone any favors. Your new bedtime promises to be more low-maintenance.
- That Netflix show you’re binge-watching? Maybe peek at how many episodes are left. (We’re not saying stop… just… know your enemy.)
- Your phone is like that friend who always says “just one more drink” – might be time to set some boundaries. No restraining order needed yet.
- Your bedroom might be multitasking more than a circus juggler. Sleeping, gaming, working, interpretive dancing… just something to think about.
Remember: Right now, you’re just window shopping for better sleep habits. No need to buy anything yet – that’s what the challenge is for!
Pro tip: If anyone asks what you’re doing when teh challenge starts, just smile mysteriously and say “I have a date with my bed.” Then walk away. Power move.
