Challenge Fee & Pledge Structure

  • Entry Fee: $30 (non-refundable)
  • Accountability Pledge: $50 (fully refundable with 85% completion)
  • Bonus Incentive: Complete 85% of your bedtimes + check-ins and not only get your $50 pledge back but split the pool from those who hit snooze on their commitment

Total Initial Payment: $80 ($30 entry + $50 refundable pledge) – Venmo, Cash, Check Accepted

How It Works

  1. Pay entry fee ($30) and make your pledge ($50)
  2. We’ll send you an optional check-in reminder
  3. Check in daily through our simple system (a form you can bookmark)
  4. Track not only your progress but all participants on our ranking board
  5. Complete 85% of your bedtimes + check-ins to get your pledge back plus share the bonus pool
  6. Optional: Use sleep trackers (Garmin, Whoop, Oura, etc.) for your own metrics

What’s Required

  • Commit to a daily bedtime for the next 30 days
  • An alarm clock
  • Go to bed every day at that time, this is your most important appointment of the day
  • In the morning Daily check-in (takes less than 1 minute)
  • (Miss up to 4 check-ins or bedtimes)
  • Honest reporting
  • That’s it! Simple, right?

What’s Optional in Phase 1

  • Using sleep trackers like Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Sleep Number Bed, Phone App (love to gather objective data to marry with how you feel)

Sleep Phases

  • Phase 1 – Set the habit for creating an unbreakable sleep appointment with yourself
  • Phase 2 – Commit to Level One Optimization of your sleep (Future Challenge)
  • Phase 3 – Commit to Level Two Optimization (Future Challenge)
  • Phase 4 -Commit to Level Three Optimization (Future Challenge)
  • Phase 5 – Go rogue and do it on your own (or continue with one of the phases above)
