What is Heart Hustle?

Heart Hustle is a simple daily movement challenge that progresses across February.

Each day you’ll:

  1. open the Heart Hustle web app
  2. complete the workout of the day (typically a quick circuit)
  3. mark it complete inside the app

No paper calendars. No guessing what to do. No digging through posts.


Why we built it as a web app

Consistency dies when the process is annoying.

The web app makes it easy to:

  • see exactly what to do today
  • track completions in one tap
  • stay consistent on busy days
  • feel a daily win (and those wins compound)

No download required—it works right from your phone browser.


How it works

1) Sign up

Register at heart.challengeclub.app to get access.

2) Save it to your phone (recommended)

After you open the web app, save it to your home screen so it feels like a real app.

3) Complete the daily workout

Workouts are designed to be effective and doable—most take 10–25 minutes.

4) Track your completions in-app

The app tracks your completed days as you go.

5) Earn your reward

Complete 26 or more days in February and you’ll earn your credit.

Complete 26+ days and earn:

  • Valid in March
  • Expires 3/31/26
  • Redeemable at Studio Strong

Once it’s on your home screen, just tap it like an app each day to complete your workout.


FAQ

Do I need equipment?
No. Most workouts are bodyweight with options. If a workout includes optional equipment, the app will provide alternatives.

What if I miss a day?
No stress. There are no complicated rules. Just keep moving forward.
Hit 26+ days completed and you earn the reward.

Is this only for Studio Strong members?
No—open to the community.
