Silent Auction Donations
We donate experience gift certificates to the organizations that make for a stronger community.
What makes ours a little different is the choice. The winner doesn’t just receive a certificate — they get to choose their own experience from three options: VIP personal training, momentum coaching, or group training.
An experience someone chose for themselves is one they’ll actually use. Your organization gets something worth bidding on. The winner walks away with something on their own terms. And we get to meet someone new who might not have found their way to us otherwise.

We write gift certificates for one of three experience packages — or two packages combined for higher-value auctions. Each donation comes in a branded Studio Strong envelope with a pre-printed gift certificate, an 8.5×11 description sheet, and a QR code for easy redemption.

👥 Strong Start: Group Training — $130 Value

How It Works
Step 1 — Reach out Email or call us with your event details — organization name, event date, and which package or packages you’d like. The earlier the better, though we’ll always try to accommodate.
Step 2 — We prepare We write the gift certificate, prepare the description sheet, and package everything in a branded envelope ready for your auction table.
Step 3 — You receive Pick up at the studio or arrange delivery. The package is complete — certificate, description, QR code, and all.
Step 4 — Winner redeems The auction winner scans the QR code, fills out a short form, and we handle everything from there. They have 60 days to redeem from the event date.

Common Questions
What kinds of organizations do you donate to? Schools, nonprofits, churches, community organizations, chamber events, health fairs, and charitable fundraisers in the O’Fallon and Metro East area. If you’re raising money for a good cause, reach out.
How far in advance should I contact you? At least four weeks before your event gives us time to prepare everything properly. That said, if your timeline is tight, reach out anyway — we’ll do what we can.
Can we request more than one certificate? Possibily. For larger events we can provide multiple packages. Just let us know how many you need and what mix of packages makes sense for your audience.
What does the physical package look like? Each donation comes in a branded Studio Strong envelope with a pre-printed gift certificate, an 8.5×11 description sheet explaining exactly what the winner receives, and a 3×5 card with the redemption QR code. It looks polished on any auction table.
Is there a cost to the organization? No. This is a donation — no invoice, no sponsorship fee, no strings attached.
How long does the winner have to redeem? 60 days from the event date. If someone has an unusual situation, reach out and we’ll work with them.
