The holidays are approaching fast, and we all know how things can get a little hectic. But this November, Studio Strong invites you to plank through the season with our Planksgiving Challenge 2024! Whether you’re a beginner or an expert, this 30-day challenge will help you stay active, strong, and centered—one plank at a time.

What is the Planksgiving Challenge?

This challenge is designed to gradually build your endurance with planks throughout the month. You’ll have rest days sprinkled in to help you recover, and by the end of November, you’ll be amazed by how much stronger your core feels! There are three difficulty levels to choose from—so whether you’re just starting out or are already a plank pro, you can tailor the challenge to your fitness level.


How to Participate

  1. Pick your Challenge Level:
    • B = Beginner: Goal: Hold for 1 minute 30 seconds by the end of the month.
    • I = Intermediate: Goal: Hold for 3 minutes.
    • X = Expert: Goal: Hold for 5 minutes.
    Each day on the calendar gives you specific plank times based on your chosen level. Start small and build gradually!
  2. Commit to the Schedule: The calendar has a progression that keeps you motivated without overwhelming you. Planks start light and increase throughout the month. Stick to your level to prevent burnout.
  3. Rest Days:
    Rest is essential to recovery. Use the rest days (marked on the 7th, 16th, and 24th) to relax, stretch, or reflect on your progress so far.

  • Stay Motivated: Look back at how far you’ve come—every second longer matters.
