Challenge Overview
What: 30-day progressive plank challenge for November 2025
Who: ALL Metro East Chamber of Commerce members
When: November 1-30, 2025
Where: Anywhere! Your office, home, gym – wherever works
The Beauty of This Challenge:
We start SLOW and build gradually. You’re not diving into 5-minute planks on day one! The calendar is designed to progressively increase your time throughout the month, with strategic rest days built in. No matter your fitness level, you’ll be amazed at how much stronger you feel by Thanksgiving.
THE CHALLENGE STRUCTURE
Choose Your Level:
🟢 BEGINNER (B): Starts with just seconds, builds to 1:30 by Nov 30
🟡 INTERMEDIATE (I): Gradual progression to 3 minutes by Nov 30
🔴 EXPERT (X): Progressive build to 5 minutes by Nov 30
All levels start manageable and work their way up!
THE 8 BADGES OF PLANKSGIVING
Earn bonus badges throughout the month by completing special challenges. Details will be revealed as we go!

PRIZE STRUCTURE
🥉 FINISHER: $30 Studio Strong Credit
Requirements:
- Complete the 30-day challenge (your chosen level)
- Turn in completed calendar to Studio Strong by Dec 7, 2025
🥈 CHAMPION: $45 Studio Strong Credit ($30 + $15 bonus)
Requirements:
- Complete the 30-day challenge PLUS
- Complete all 8 badges AND post them on social media with proper hashtags
🥇 SUPERSTAR: FREE 1-Hour Private Session ($80 value)
Requirements:
- Complete the 30-day challenge PLUS
- Post DAILY on social media throughout November (30 posts)
- Use #ChamberPlanksgiving2025 on every post
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Step 1: Download Your Calendar
- Go to: studiostrong.fit/planksgiving2025
- Download the calendar
- Print it out
- Pick your level Beginner, Intermediate, or Expert (B, I, or X)
Step 2: Start Planking!
- November 1: Begin your challenge
- Follow the daily plank times for your level
- Check off each day as you complete it
- Enjoy your scheduled rest days
Step 3: Track Your Progress
- Mark off completed days on your calendar
- Post to social media if going for prizes
- Complete badge challenges as announced
Step 4: Claim Your Prize
- Turn in completed calendar by Dec 3, 2025
- Submit at Studio Strong (629 West Highway 50) or email (studiostrongfit@gmail.com) photo/scan
- Include social media profile of badge proof and top prize

RULES & GUIDELINES
✓ It’s Progressive:
- You start small and build up
- Don’t skip ahead – follow YOUR level
- Trust the process – it works!
✓ Proper Plank Form:
- Forearms on ground, elbows under shoulders
- Body straight from head to heels
- Core engaged, no sagging hips
- Neutral neck position
✓ Modifications Allowed:
- Beginners: Knees down is perfectly fine!
- Wall planks or incline planks count
- Focus on form over time
✓ Calendar Submission:
- Turn in by December 3, 2025
- Photo/scan or physical drop-off accepted (629 West Highway 50)
- Must clearly show completed days
- Include your name and contact info
