August Momentous Movements

Here’s the easiest way to restart what worked – no complicated plans, no overwhelming commitments. Just 15 minutes of movement, every single day in August.
Why August? Because getting back to what works doesn’t have to be complicated. You know what made you feel good before summer – consistent movement. This challenge gets you back in that rhythm without the pressure of perfect workouts or elaborate plans.

The Challenge: Track 15 minutes of any purposeful movement daily. Walking the dog counts. Stretching in your living room counts. Lifting weights definitely counts. Yard work? Yep. Dancing in the kitchen while making dinner? Absolutely.

The Reward: Complete all 31 days and earn $30 in Studio Strong credits. Use them toward in-house training sessions in September or put them toward our September Step Challenge. Your choice, they are valid for September.
How to Get the Reward: To earn the credit, please let us know (you can use the form below) that you are doing the challenge by the 5th of August with the form below. Then please turn-in your sheet or send us a picture of the completed challenge by September 5th, 2025.
